We are sorry to hear that you have not received your funds in your gaming account. Transfers to merchants should take only a few minutes for the transaction to be completed.
Please log in to the app and tap on the missing transaction on the main page of your app. Take a screen capture of the transaction and send it to the gaming merchant's Security/Payments team with details of your gaming account, date and amount.
The reference showing in your screen capture should be sufficient proof that the transaction was completed. They can locate the transaction on their site and credit the funds to your gaming account.
