Our payment provider requires the Interac confirmation number in order to locate the transaction. This typically looks like:
CA***** (where ***** are 6 numbers/letters).
If it is not showing on your online banking then you can get it from:
1. Your email. You should have received an auto-deposit confirmation email. Please check your spam folder and your promotion/update categories in case it is delivered to one of these inboxes. See an example attached.
2. You can request it from your bank. They can contact Interac directly and request it to them if needed.
