In short, by accepting the updated Terms and Conditions on your MuchBetter app, you give MuchBetter consent to charge PayrNet on your behalf for the debt owed of the funds that were held in your MuchBetter wallet prior to the relaunch in the EEA countries.
In exchange, and as a way to thank our loyal customers for their patience during the recent service disruption, MuchBetter will take those funds from our reserves and instantly give you access to them so you can use them as you please, with no hidden fees or commissions, other than the usual transaction fees.
Note: More regulatory steps are required in some European countries so while most customers have received their funds, customers in a few countries will have to wait a little longer.
