NOTE: This article is relevant only to customers in most countries of the EEA (except for Austria, Germany and Norway).
MuchBetter has made every effort to assist customers located within the EEA during this recent outage period, including constant communication with PayrNet, the Bank of Lithuania, and regulating authorities to ensure the repayment of customer funds without a successful resolution from them.
As part of our return to Europe, we’ve removed our top-up fees. These are applied with immediate effect and will be reviewed in the coming days (subject to changes).
Additionally, in appreciation for your continued support and patience over the past few months, MuchBetter has chosen to settle the outstanding PayrNet balances of our European customers using our own funds through our new European partner.
This means that, once you have accepted the updated Terms and Conditions, MuchBetter customers in Europe will not only have access to their accounts again, but they will also be able to use the money you had in your account before all activity was discontinued in mid-February.
NOTE: More regulatory steps are required in some European countries so while most customers have received their funds, customers in a few countries will have to wait a little longer.
We are also working on new and exciting features and promotions to celebrate our much-expected relaunch within the EEA. Stay tuned for more updates!
