No, there are no additional fees to be paid to receive your funds in your MuchBetter account. The only applicable fees are the usual top-up or withdrawal fees, which are visible in the MuchBetter app to all customers.
Once you have accepted the updated Terms of Service and Agreements, MuchBetter will instantly make the funds in your wallet available to you again. The same amount you had prior to the service disruption will be available and you may use them to send to merchants, transfer to friends & family, make purchases with your MuchBetter Card/Wearable Device, or withdraw them just as you would normally, and only the usual transaction fees would apply.
