The Interac network is experiencing intermittent downtimes with some of its payments. Interac top-ups may take any time from a few minutes up to 12 hours but some customers may experience a delay to complete their payment during this time.
If you have initiated an Interac top-up and completed it, but have not received it yet; please allow some additional time for it to be processed by the network and be confirmed to MuchBetter as completed. As soon as this happens, our systems will automatically credit your top-up.
