The card should take 1-2 weeks to be delivered. This can be delayed due to Holidays or due to your local postal services. Please make sure that your registered address in your MuchBetter account is correct for proper mail delivery.
If you have not received the card after 2 weeks or if you noticed that your address was incorrect, please contact us from your registered email at email@example.com or directly via the Help Centre.
Note: The use of MuchBetter cards and wearables is temporarily out of service. Unfortunately, MuchBetter cards or wearables cannot be activated in the app for now, nor used for purchases or ATMs. However, you can keep it with you safely and we will confirm when you are able to proceed with activation or its use.
