Please carefully check the 9-digit code (beneath your name for the physical card or on the sticker for the fob) and ensure you have correctly entered the digits in the right order.
Customers from Norway and Italy: Your card is automatically activated after the order. This is because you can use the virtual version of your card. This means that you do not need to activate your card with the 9-digit code. You still need to activate your key fob.
Other Devices: If you wish to activate other wearables (e.g. WinWatch. CashCuff), just find the code received with this product and enter it into the field visible in the Devices section of the MuchBetter app (Card -> Devices -> Swipe left -> Activate device)
If that does not solve your issue, please contact us via the app with the specific activation code which you are trying to enter without success.
Note: The use of MuchBetter cards and wearables is temporarily out of service. Unfortunately, MuchBetter cards or wearables cannot be activated in the app for now, nor used for purchases or ATMs. However, you can keep it with you safely and we will confirm when you are able to proceed with activation or its use.
