If you lose your MuchBetter card or fob don't worry.
Simply log onto your app, tap on Devices and choose Freeze for card; or tap on the subtab Devices and choose Freeze on the device you want to freeze. This will stop anyone who might find it from using it.
If you need to order a new card, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
A new fob can be ordered from the app.
Please note that there is a 10 GBP/EUR fee for a replacement card.
