The use of the MuchBetter card or fob can easily be restricted by tapping the Freeze option in the Card tab in the MuchBetter app. When the card/fob is frozen it will be disabled from use.
Freezing your card:
Section: Card --> Subtab: Card --> Freeze
Freezing your key fob & other wearables:
Section: Card --> Subtab: Devices --> Freeze (if you have more devices, you need to swipe left to find the correct one)
In order to unblock them, just press "Unfreeze" on the same screen. The possibility to freeze your card or fob is an excellent way to restrict them in case they are lost or are suspected to be stolen. If you find them again, you can easily unblock them and do not need to order a new one.
If you do not have access to your app, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us via the app and we will suspend it for you. Please email us again if you want to reactivate the device.
Note: The use of MuchBetter cards and wearables is temporarily out of service. Unfortunately, MuchBetter cards or wearables cannot be activated in the app for now, nor used for purchases or ATMs. However, you can keep it with you safely and we will confirm when you are able to proceed with activation or its use.
