If you have a MuchBetter account, please check your Account and review the transactions there to see if you may have missed it.
If you have not, please ask your friend to confirm they used the correct phone number (they can do so in Account)
If the number was incorrect, please ask your friend to contact us through the MuchBetter app (Settings - Contact Us).
If the number was correct, and you have a MuchBetter account, please contact us through the MuchBetter app (Section: Help).
If you do not have a MuchBetter account, you will need to open one, using the phone number the funds were sent to in order to claim them.
The transfer will time out in 7 days and the funds will be returned to your friend's account if you do not claim them.
